What you Need to Know

Maybe you should write this down:
  • Race day is Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022
  • Rubber Stamp pickup and last minute registration from 9 - 10am.
    • Starting line will be checkpoint 1 (2651 E. Beverly Rd). $120 per team.
    • You can Venmo the team fee to Vince.
    • Kids under 21 are $15 each. 
    • 100% of this money will be divided between:
      • Kinship MKE - formerly known as Riverwest Food Pantry
      • Pinnacle Bike Service - helping to get more kids on bikes in Shorewood
      • Derek Chappell Scholarship Fund - at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee
  • Race starts at 10am on the dot.  The starting line is checkpoint #1.
  • Helmets and night lights are REQUIRED!  
  • Follow all check points in order to complete 1 lap.
  • Rubber stamps for checking in at each checkpoint will be provided.
  • Each team member must complete at least 1 full lap.
  • Only 1 team member can be racing and checking in at a time. This is the rider that is wearing the team rubber stamp.
  • Spend your day doing laps OR take on one of the challenges for bonus laps (see below)

Bonus Laps

  • A full list of additional bonus lap challenges is now available HERE.  Notice that many of these bonus laps help support local businesses in Shorewood.
  • Keep track of your team's bonus lap challenge completions on the board at checkpoint #1. It's all on the honor system.  Do your own math.
  • At 10pm (or when your team is toast) tally your laps + bonus laps on the lap board at checkpoint #1.
  • Results of the event will be emailed to team leaders.
